We are a comprehensive provider of Medicare part A home healthcare services including nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and MSW. As a state-licensed infusion therapy and retail pharmacy, Trilogy provides infusion therapies to patients in their homes, skilled nursing facilities, doctor offices and an on-site ambulatory infusion therapy suite.  Our case management programs provide evidence-based outcomes for patients with CHF, COPD/asthma, wound management, diabetes, and high risk pregnancy complications.  As St. Louis's most experienced provider of care management services, Trilogy has developed a care model that focuses on each patient's specific health care needs, which improves health care outcomes and reduces the costs of care.
